专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for attaching at least one Sichtpro¬fils, in particular terrace profile, to a substrate, with at least one attachable anchorage at the bottom anchor profile and at least two anchoring connected to the anchor profile, with webs both in a bottom groove of Sicht¬ profile and in engage a longitudinal groove of the sight profile for holding the Sichtpro¬fils the anchor profile.
DE 202013102695U1 shows sight profiles for a terrace covering. These are attached to an underlying anchor profile with holding parts. The anchor profile may, for example, be designed as a padding applied to the substrate. At this anchor element, the holding part is fixed with screws. In order to hold the sight profiles on the anchoring element, the holding part has webs which engage in a groove on the bottom side as well as in a longitudinal groove of the sight profile for holding the sight profile. It has been found to be disadvantageous that this device is only of limited suitability for laying for wooden floors, which may have shrinkage and swelling due to the material.
DE 102008048560A1 shows holding parts for sight profiles on anchor profile, which are designed as carrier beams. The holding parts consist of rectangular plates, which are connected to the sight profiles via a screw or clip connection. Andas anchoring element is screwed one of the two holding parts, while the other is placed aufur, in order to be able to allow shrinkage or swelling of the floor boards. Nevertheless, in such a form of assembly - especially after several cycles of swelling and shrinkage - a floor with irregular gaps and sometimes even with warping can form.
The invention is therefore based on the object, starting from the geschild¬derten prior art, to improve a device in such a way that the sight profiles can be easily attached to the ground. In addition to an advantageous handling for attachment, the device should still have high stability.
The invention achieves the stated object in that the rail-shaped anchor profile has at least one upwardly open and undercut longitudinal groove and that the holding parts have engageable guide elements in their associated longitudinal groove.
Does the rail-shaped anchor profile at least one upwardly open and hin¬terschnittene longitudinal groove and have the holding parts in the associated Längs¬nut, engageable guide elements, the viewing profiles can be attached to the first simple manner on the ground - among other things, since the upwardly open longitudinal groove can facilitate the insertion of the guide elements. In addition, since the longitudinal groove is undercut, the option may arise that the inserted guide elements - for example by their rotation - engage behind projections etc. of the anchor profile in order to prevent unwanted detachment of the holding parts. Furthermore, the sight profiles can be engaged via guide engageable in the longitudinal groove ¬elemente easily aligned and positioned. Advantages can be further improved if such guide elements are also designed to be displaceable in the longitudinal groove. A significant advantage of the device according to the invention also results from the fact that with the help of engaging and displaceable in a longitudinal guide elements size changes of the visual profiles in the Quererrich¬tung, as they are compensated for example by swelling and shrinkage in wood occurrences. The device can thus be kept free of mechanical loads, whereby a high level of stability can be ensured.
The mounting requirements can be further facilitated if a holding part has a guide element engaging behind each respective longitudinal groove and the other holding part has a guide element which can be removed freely upwardly from the respective longitudinal groove. The last-mentioned guide element can, inter alia, also facilitate the alignment of the viewing profiles, by making it easy to insert into the respective longitudinal groove.
The insertion of the holding parts in the respective longitudinal groove and thus the mounting of the sight profiles can be further simplified if the respective longitudinal groove hin¬tergreifende guide element rotatably formed in this longitudinal groove and thereby in at least one rotational position of the respective longitudinal groove freely upwards removably. Namely, the holding member fixed to the sighting member can be inserted in the longitudinal groove in the first step and then secured by twisting the sighting profile together with its holding member in the longitudinal groove against accidental withdrawal from the longitudinal groove. A stable guidance of the viewing profiles during their alignment or fastening can be created thereby.
If the device has at least one connecting means, wherein one holding part of the holding parts is anchored to the anchor profile via the connecting means and the other holding part is displaceably mounted in a longitudinal groove, the position of the visible profile can be fixed with the aid of one holding part. It is mentioned that, in particular, a thread-cutting screw can prove itself for this purpose. By contrast, the second holding part, by its displaceable mounting in the longitudinal groove, can compensate for any size changes of the viewing profiles in their transverse direction. Thus, the visual profiles can be steadily fixed - whereby an adaptation of this attachment to material-related changes of Seh¬profile in size is possible.
When the screw anchors the retaining member in a longitudinal groove of the anchor profile, the device can allow easy anchoring.
Further simplifications may result if the screw projects through the guide element of the holding part. Since the holding part protrudes into the anchor element in the region of the guide element, anchoring by the guide element can be characterized by high stability.
If a holding part has a, in particular continuous, bore in its guide element, facilitated assembly can take place, inter alia, for example, since this bore facilitates the introduction of a connecting means and can be used as a kind of guide.
Constructive simplifications may result if webs and guiding element are arranged on opposite broad sides on the holding part.
If the holding parts are T-shaped, they are particularly easy to produce and still allow a stable device.
If the guide element and the web which engages in the longitudinal groove of the sight profile are offset relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the holding part and overlap at least in areas, a particularly stable guiding element can be created - which, of course, also applies to the device according to the invention. Thus, the guide element for ease of assembly is not covered by the opposite web, so about a connection means can be easily introduced through the guide element for fixing with a screw.
If the web is designed trapezoidal for engagement in the bottom groove of the sight profile, the web can - if the upper end of the web is smaller than the lower opening of the groove - are simply introduced into the groove.
A simple yet stable attachment of the sight profile to the holding parts can be achieved if both webs interact with the sight profile to form a snap connection. Thus, for example, a web with a bead-shaped head for a longitudinal groove could allow a rotational movement of the holding part in the groove, which, in conjunction with a trapezoidal web for the bottom groove, allows a snap connection to the sight profile which is easy to produce.
In the figures, for example, the subject invention with reference to a Ausfüh¬rungsvariante shown in more detail. Show it
1 is a plan view of apparatus for attaching a viewing profile,
2 is a sectional view ll-ll of the device of FIG. 1,
3 shows a further sectional view III-III of the device according to FIG. 1,
Fig. 4 is a sectional view of a holding part and.
Fig. 5 is a side view of the other holding part.
According to FIG. 1, for example, the top view of a device 1 for fastening sight profiles 2 is shown. In order to connect the visible profiles 2, for example Terrassen¬ profiles, stable with the substrate 3, an anchor profile 4 is attached to the bottom 3. With this anchor profile 4 holding parts 5, 6 are connected, where their in Figs. 3, 4 and 5 recognizable webs 501, 502, 601, 602 engage both in a bottom-side groove 201 and in a longitudinal groove 202 of the sight profile 2 in order to hold the sight profiles 2 or attach them to the anchor profile 4 or base 3.
To form a particularly stable and yet easy to produce connection between anchor profile 4 and holding parts 5, 6, the rail-shaped anchor profile 4 leads two upwardly open and undercut longitudinal grooves 401.402. In order to bring the guide elements 503, 603 into engagement with the undercut longitudinal groove 401, 402, they can simply be inserted into the respective longitudinal groove 401, 402 open at the top. By this intervention, a simple and accurate positioning of the holding parts 5, 6 and thus the sight profiles 2 on the anchor profile 4 er¬möglicht. In general, it is conceivable to find with a longitudinal groove 401 or 402 for both or even only one of the two guide elements 503, 603 of a holding part 5, 6. The guide elements 503, 603 of the holding parts 5, 6 are displaceable in this, which compensates for changes in size of the sight profiles 2 in their Quer¬ direction, such as caused by swelling and shrinkage of wood. In this way, mechanical stress and loads on the device 1 can be intercepted or prevented, whereby attachment of the sealing profiles 2 to the substrate 3 with high stability is achieved.
As can be seen in Fig. 2, one of the holding parts 5 is anchored via a screw 7 as a connecting means in the longitudinal groove 401 of the anchor profile 4. In this case, the anchoring takes place into the spring webs 403 of the anchor part 4. This allows tensile or compressive loads, which act on the overlying sight profile 2, auszlei¬. The holding part 6, however, in the longitudinal groove 402 - practically free - displaced. Thus, the position of the sight profile 2 is fixed with the one holding part 5, while the second holding part 6 allows horizontal compensating movements of the Sichtprofils2. This adaptability of the device 1 to material-related size changes of the sight profiles 2 further increases their stability.
For anchoring the holding part 5, the screw 7 passes through the guide element 503 of the holding part 5. A - in the example continuous - bore 504 in Führungs¬ element 503 of the holding part 5 is used for structurally simple anchoring of the Halte¬teils 5 on the anchor profile 4.
By means of the T-shaped holding parts 5, 6, a stable connection of the Sichtpro¬fils 2 is carried out with the anchor profile 4 in the edge region of the sight profile 2.
In this case, the webs 602 extends maximally to the longitudinal side 203 of the sight profile - in the example it closes with this aligned -, whereby the holding part 6 is covered by the Sicht¬profil 2 from above. The web 502 of the holding part 5 is also covered by the sight profile 2, but not the guide element 503 with the bore 504. The guide element 503 and the web 502 engaging in the longitudinal groove 202 of the Sichtprofils2 are arranged offset in the longitudinal direction of the holding part 5 to each other and overlap in some areas. This makes it possible to screw in the screw 7 for anchoring the holding part 5 with the sight profile 2 already fastened thereto. However, as shown in the figure 3, but - with the help of the staggered arrangement of the holding parts 5, 6 in the two longitudinal grooves 401, 402 - yet the screw 7bzw. the protruding part of the holding part 5 is completely covered by the adjacently arranged viewing profile 2.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show the holding parts 5, 6 in detail. It can be seen that the webs 501, 502 and 601, 602 and guide elements 503 and 603 of the holding parts 5bzw. 6 are arranged on the opposite broad sides 505, 506 and 605, 606 of Haltetei¬le 5 and 6 respectively. In addition, as already mentioned, the guide element 503 and the web 502 are arranged offset to one another in the longitudinal direction of the holding part 5. This allows a simple and inexpensive to be provided arrangement of the bore 504 by the guide member 503. In this case, the aligned arrangement of the outer edge of web 502 and recess 507 for receiving the robbery head has been found to be particularly advantageous since the web 502 thus acts as a guide when the screw 7 is screwed in serves.
The webs 501 and 601 for engaging in the bottom groove 201 of the Sichtprofils2 have a trapezoidal cross-section. In this case, the other web 502 or 602 facing flank 508 and 608 extends obliquely away from the other web 502 and602, while the other flank 509 and 609 perpendicular from the broad side 505bzw. 605 protrudes. As a result, the narrower upper end of the web 501 or 601einein the larger lower opening of the groove 201 of the sight profile 2 einzubringen.Eine simplification of assembly - not least because the holding parts 5, 6 and the tra¬pezoidal webs 501.601 during assembly are covered by the view profile - is achieved.
The second major ridge 502, 602 for engaging the longitudinal groove 202 of the sight profile 2 has a bulbous head 510, 610 facing towards the longitudinal groove 202. This head 510, 610 is rounded to allow pivoting of the Halte¬teil 5, 6 in the groove 202. In cooperation with the trapezoidal web 501, 502, the head 510, 610 pivotable into the groove 202 allows the holding part 5, 6 to be snapped onto the sight profile 2. The two webs 501, 502 and 601, 602 thus interact with the sight profile 2 to form a snap connection together. This allows the assembly of the visual profiles 2 to further simplify, whereby labor and thus costs are saved.
